Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse, Delaware
The United States of American donated Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse
to Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation for public use
through the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act.

Delaware Breakwater East
End Lighthouse
DRBLHF entered into an operating agreement in 2004 to
manage and preserve the lighthouse for the Delaware River & Bay
authority, which leases it from the State of Delaware.
