The Delaware River & Bay Lighthouse Foundation (DRBLHF) is an all-volunteer organization that is the caretaker of the Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse. What We Do... In the past we have had generous financial support of individuals and businesses which have permitted the DRBLHF volunteers to provide care for this historic lighthouse through preservation efforts and to conduct public tours of the Harbor of Refuge. Help Support Our Efforts! Only by your support is the DRBLHF able to save the historic Harbor of Refuge lighthouse for generations to come. Mission Statement The Delaware River & Bay Lighthouse Foundation is dedicated to fostering, advocating and participating in the preservation of historic Delaware River and Bay lighthouses and will demonstrate this commitment through the restoration and preservation of Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse. The DRBLHF strives to impact not only the Delaware River and Bay communities, but people of all ages and backgrounds in a manner that attains the highest levels of maritime education and cultural enrichment. We regularly participate in community activities and provide presentations to other organized groups.
